God says I don’t dwell in the buildings made by human hands, therefore we need to take our churches (hearts) to church (building) there is no church in the building when there is no church in the heart. The greatest mistake is to think that God is in the building when He is not in the heart. One of the worst inventions of all times is war and religion. These two demons must be locked up behind the doors of hell and burn to ashes. Enmity and exclusion based on belief and bias lead to marginalization and extermination of lives, simply because “you dare not believe what I believe I consider you unworthy to live and worship in the way you understand.” This form of religious imperialism is a drive of many religions that consider themselves superior to other religions all based on preference and interpretation. Who has the truth? And what is the truth? If Jesus was here today will He come to you church? Will your church system and policy accommodate a global inclusion of all human kind? Will His dressing be acceptable in you’re church and will be allowed to heal during the service or after the service. Will He return offerings into the church plates and will you pay Him a salary? Will your church program accommodate His friends? Will the elders tolerate His associations with the questionable characters? Do we still have churches or these are now exclusive clubs? Since Jesus Is the principle in presence and in absence how much freedom is He given in our services and politics? We make decisions, we direct the structure, we must face up the consequences of our own choices and not implicate God in the mess, our greed, racism, oppression, and power struggles. Who can claim that God is with them, and not with the other party? Has God become a neuter object that can be possessed and contained in small thinking? Is He independent to think for Himself or now we think for Him, collect money for Him, spend for Him, kill for Him, and hate for Him. I wonder if this is God of heaven on an idol called Christianity?
