There are 2 more angels at the Bridge tonight... my Suzy Yorkie, who had Cushings Disease; it finally got the best of her. She was 11 years old. Before being with us, she had 3 owners and when she was rescued as a stray, we traced all of them back with the microchip... The first owner was a breeder, the second one, a rescue group and the third one, an adopter. I called all of them and NOBODY wanted her, not even the rescue group who had her adopted out! They were done... The adopter didnt have time for her so she had given her away to someone else who dumped her in a field. At least, the 2 last years of her life were spent in a home where there always was good food, a warm clean bed, a nice large yard to run in and lots of love. The second one is our old foster boy, SUNDANCE. He was very very old and in pain, due to degenerative disc disease and arthritis. We rescued him from a local shelter several months ago after being dumped on the street because of his age. He was dearly loved and spoiled before leaving for a better world. See you soon babies...
