There are 203 members of the Group. I staarted the page in the hope that we Jamaican authors would share fellowship, discussion and suggestions that could help sell our books even more widely than posting on our individual pages or other digital spaces. However, I am disappointed that this has not happened. As Administrator, the page shows me how many people have SEEN a post, while you all can see how many people have LIKEd it. I have gone down the page and made a note of how many people have SEEN each post and how many have LIKEd it. You will see that while many persons see each post, not many of us are generous enough to LIKE it, and even fewer to comment. I ask again, therefore, is this page necessary? It seems not. If we are unable to support our own members posts, why do we expect that anyone else will? If we have not SHAREd any posts to other pages, why do we think anyone will visit our page and see what books we are advertising here? As the highest number of LIKEs of any post is 27, what are the other 86 members of the Group doing to justify their presence here? Why are they here? I ask again: Is this page necessary?
