There are 4454 villages and1348 settlements in Namibia totaling 5 806 according to the Namibian Statistics Agency (NSA). If the Elite are serious they could inform Economic Committees in each of the 5 806 villages and settlements and allocate say even just 0.0001% to each of the 5 806 from the profit of Foreign Crooks of Namsov who make 500 Million from our fish, 0.0001% to each of the 5 806from the Profit of Rossing Uranium wherein Namibia only have less than 10%. When N$ 600 million tender goes to one person each of the 5 806 villages and informal settlement would have gotten more than N$ 100 000. Let villages discuss and debate, within parameters, how best they can use this income in their areas. Let them choose who they want to lead them and sit on their respective Economic Committees to manage their share. There is enough for each of us to share but the Elites just want to eat alone.
