There are GMO labeling laws in 64 different countries around the world, including China, Brazil, Japan, Portugal, South Africa and the entire European Union. Last year in the USA, 52 GMO labeling bills were proposed in 26 states. Maine and Connecticut are two of those success stories requiring labeling of Frankenfoods and serving as beacons of truth about the health detriment of consuming pesticides. Companies such Pepsi, Wal-Mart, Coca-Cola, Taco Bell, McDonalds, Burger King, Jack in the Box, Pizza Hut, Doritos, Dominos, Swanson, Sara Lee, Kroger, Albertsons, Target, Comcast, Time Warner, Discovery, Oprah Winfrey Network, E Networks, ABC, Disney, Viacom, CBS, NBC Universal, Amblin Entertainment, Fox, Mark Burnett Productions, all profit and are in the use of the GMOs and do care about the risks to the environment or the public.
