There are People that call me Crazy ? YOU be the Judge. At this time, the military can simply show up and take control. Once martial law is declared, the Constitution is suspended and anyone who commits a “belligerent act” against the government (such as a violation of curfew or protesting) can now be detained indefinitely. The following exclusive report is not the sort you will find among common conspiracy theories. Our report shows, in great detail, how the federal government has already built a massive and powerful domestic military force so vast that it’s capable of fighting foreign wars. This military force is made up of local and state police agencies, and most of its members don’t even realize what they are now a part of. The 1033 Program is a part of the Disposition Services of the United States Government’s Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). According to the program’s informational website, the 1033 Program has transferred $5.1 billion in military hardware from the United States Army to local American law enforcement agencies since 1997.[1] The site states that $449 million was transferred in 2013, and that 8,000 local law enforcement agencies participate in the program.[1] The National Defense Authorization Act is arguably the single most dangerous bill ever passed against the American public. This hostile bill violates nearly every part of the Constitution, it gives the federal government unchecked power and leaves Americans without recourse in the face of malicious prosecution. Not only does the NDAA’s 1033 Program “militarize” local law enforcement, the NDAA gives government the authority to “Indefinitely detain” any individual suspected to be involved with terrorism and declare them as enemy combatants. Indefinite detention means that an individual only “suspected” of being involved with terrorist activity can be incarcerated by the government without a trial; that’s correct no due-process, no right to a fair trial. What this means is that an individual opposing the government, such as a protester may be considered a terrorist and detained without due process. This is absolutely a blatant violation of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
