There are a couple of things on my mind today and despite it being the day of my CD release party, the party is actually last on my list of things to think of... though it is gonna be a great time: First and foremost, my young cancer patient friend David Gereg is still having fever and plenty of pain, but is feeling a little better and was able to pick up his guitar yesterday so that is good stuff..... keep him in your prayers... Secondly, we are waiting on a ruling on a complicated yet simple legal case.... praying for wisdom for the judge and a good decision to be made. Lastly, my CD release party is tonight so hope you guys come out and bring a $5 bill for WMNF Community radio and we will give you a free copy of my CD Pour Me One More Margarita....It is at The Dubliner Irish Pub in Hyde Park and will start at 7pm with Donnie Rogers kicking off the music and KEKO & Mo Gravy will be on at 730pm to play an original set of music with my friends Daniel B. Marshall, Ricky Mongaya, Tanya Lewis and Jeff Baker...and Donnie will play after us, and Forrest Hoffar will start playing at 10pm and play all night long. https://facebook/events/547909665313374/ Have a great Friday!
