There are a few moments in history that are never forgotten. Sometimes you remember exactly where you were and what you were doing when you heard about it. 9/11 is one of those dates. 1/28/86 is another. My junior year, I was in the hallway by the library after lunch when my friend Eric Drye told me he just watched the Space Shuttle explode during his study hall in the library. I spent my whole afternoon that day watching coverage of the disaster on TV.
