There are a few things I want to clarify regarding crates: Crates are comprised of 9-12 items. Of these items, 50%-100% of them are produced from products that I grow. Items that are not grown by me are purchased from reliable sources that I trust. Generally, 1/3 of the crate is ready to eat, 1/3 is food you can reheat, and 1/3 is raw, totally fresh, produce that was picked within the last 24 hours. I request accurate pickup times from you so I can make sure that your products are picked, packed, and baked at their very freshest. Who wouldnt want to pick up their bread fresh out of the oven? When you pick up your crate I will provide you with useful tips on how to cook and prepare the items. I am a professional chef with a commercially equipped kitchen located west of Hays .
