There are a lot of exercises you can do and even create yourself that provide benefit to a good mix of muscle groups at the same time. I didnt make this exercise up, but it incorporates my favorite exercise (the pushup) along with a little oblique ab work called Oblique Pushups (makes sense right?). To do these, you start in normal pushup position and when you go down, bring your right knee to your right shoulder (or however close you can get it there). When you extend your arms back up, take your right leg back to original pushup position. Repeat this with your left knee to left shoulder and keep rotating sides. How many can you do until you fail? Try them and let me know what you think!
