There are days, a lot of days, when I am so exhausted, it literally takes effort to blink. It takes effort to brush my teeth, comb my hair, pour a cup of coffee. There are days I just want to throw the alarm clock out the window, pull the covers up over my head and sleep...for DAYS. As parents, we all experience those days we wish we could press the pause button, gather our wits about us and then carry on. Those are the days we probably respond to stress the WORST. We snap out answers and responses to things without stopping and thinking. We say things we immediately wish we could stuff right back in and swallow. A Japanese scientist Masaru Emoto performed an experiment with Rice and Water. A MIND BLOWING EXPERIMENT.
