There are few pieces of music that mean more to me than this: The Walk to Paradise Garden by Frederick Delius. Written for his 1907 opera, A Village Romeo and Juliet, this orchestral interlude lives a life of its own, performed and recorded many times. The recording heard here by the London Symphony Orchestra conducted by Sir John Barbirolli is one of the best (ignore the irrelevant reference to Atkinson Grimshaw) -- https://youtube/watch?v=SVeaAhYluOc
