There are just a couple of new movies arriving in theatres on Dec. 5. For Western fans theres The Homesman directed, co-written and starring Tommy Lee Jones as well as Hilary Swank, James Spader, Meryl Streep, Grace Gummer (Streeps daughter) and John Lithgow. The Homesman is based on author Glendon Swarthouts 1988 novel of the same name. Its about a pioneer woman (Swank) and a homesman (Jones) who agree to transport three insane women from Nebraska to Iowa and they encounter life-threatening situations along the way. The Pyramid is a low-budget horror flick about an archaeological team exploring a lost pyramid but soon find themselves hunted by an insidious creature. The film stars Denis OHare (The Judge) and Ashley Hinshaw (TVs True Blood). You can check out my reviews of The Homesman and The Pyramid Dec. 5 on N2Entertainment.net. I wont be on the Kitty ONeal show (KFBK 1530 AM and 93.1 FM) Dec. 5 for my movie review segment, but will return on air Dec. 12.
