There are legitimate concerns around immigration: Strain on services and infrastructure, wages being undercut. Cultural change is not something you can complain about. I dont get football fans, they have a totally different culture to me complete with their own songs, costume, rituals and temples. The same is true of the rich, who refuse to integrate, and the religious who I cant begin to understand. If I were to suggest these groups shouldnt be here just because theyre different to me everyone would agree that I was wrong. Why can anyone get away with saying they dont like immigration because it means different shops and different languages? You have no right to demand everyone be like you. Only idiots worry about national identity, only racists think this country belongs to a certain type of people and I am sick of hearing these opinions going unchallenged. I have definitely had enough of journalists talking to morons in provincial towns who have seen their first Polish shop and think the sky is falling.
