There are legitimate problems in our world that need solutions. The sad thing is that most people use those problems (intentionally and unintentionally) to try and prove their intellectual superiority. No one wants to listen to anyone any longer. Everyone wants to talk, to shout down the ones who have different ideas. If everyone would lay down their pride, come together, talk civilly, and actually listen to (not necessarily accept, but listen) opposing ideas, our world would be a better place.
