There are lots of ways to stop aggression. There doesnt always have to be violence. However, if we begin to believe that others will always listen to reason then we set ourselves up for failure. We must always be willing to back up our words with actions. Those actions dont have to initially be violent, but they do have to be filled with our obvious intent to not back down in our defense of what is right, not just considered right. What if the aggressive fellow in the video wasnt stopped by the de-pantsing defender? It could have gotten much worse. The defender clearly stopped the aggressor in his tracks and neutralized him as a threat while standing his ground to protect the victim. How long would any police presence have taken to arrive before the situation escalated?! statistics place average response times between 10-30 minutes pending which studies are cited; and given that the incident in this video is on a train, what variables then are added that will place each individual on his or her own? These are the kinds of things that happen in the absence of coercive based authority. Just because there is a government to regulate behavior doesnt mean that such illegal behavior wont occur. Remove the coercive authority-government-and leave people to their own devices to interact and people will learn or suffer the consequences; but this doesnt mean that peace and voluntary interactions will suddenly turn to Mad Max style chaos. Consider this: How many law enforcement officers are there in general to the number of citizens that exist? You cant honestly say that people dont commit immoral acts because they fear negative reprisal from the lawful authority. People dont commit immoral acts because they fear negative reprisal from their victims AND/OR because they understand morality is about the preservation of Humanity to maintain itself and improve the quality of its existence; and to do that requires people to peacefully and honestly promote the production of real wealth that maintains and improves the quality of life for all willing to produce and trade real wealth. If you understand this or would like to know more, please download a free copy of my eBook, Liberty Defined. And keep in mind that I have another eBook in this series coming out the end of Winter 2015, Morality Defined. For all of those people who say that liberty lovers dont walk the walk, let me say this: I just got laid off. Isnt the free market regulated by government, starting with a monopoly on currency, beautiful?! Unlike a bunch of other Bullshitters, I wont allow myself to enter the unemployment line. It doesnt matter than Amazon doesnt want me anymore. What matters is that I dont add to the debt that I was coerced into accepting, that my daughter is going to be coerced into accepting, and that our unborn children will likely be coerced into accepting. I dont have much in savings. My eBook, Liberty Defined, is free to the public and only sold 3 copies. The rest of the hundred plus downloaded were given away %80 free or more. I will be homeless and whore myself out push come to shove; and even then I wont take one red cent from that bastard Uncle Sam. And if the Affordable Care Act (a.k.a. Obamacare presses me to pay a fine for not being able to afford health insurance, you can be damn sure that I will take to the streets to fight against those evil S.O.Bs. for enabling in large part my plight; a history that is wrought with two lay offs induced by government regulations and this third because it is more profitable for Amazon to high short term through a staffing company instead of long term because of government interference in what should be an otherwise free market. -JLD ~~~ https://smashwords/dashboard/stats/375341 https://youtube/watch?v=p6TOxyvxR0c&feature=player_embedded
