There are many questions about the executive action from President Obama and one of the most common questions is about deportation, people want to know that if they have deportation order will qualify, because there are hundreds of thousands of people who have deportation order either from the border or from an Immigration Judge, and the answer is yes, you will qualify for the executive action, unless, you left the country with that order of deportation or voluntary departure during the past five years, these are the only people who will be disqualified for the executive action.
