There are many ways to celebrate the holidays, whether you are - TopicsExpress

There are many ways to celebrate the holidays, whether you are honoring Christmas, Hanukkah, Yule, Eid, Solstice, or any other festive occasion for this time of year. But of all the traditions for holiday celebrations, there is one that is universally practiced and enjoyed -- and that, of course, is cooking. Here is but one example of a traditional holiday dinner, cooked in cast iron: roasted goose, gruel, cranberry sauce, Yorkshire pudding, artisan bread and cheese, and an old fashioned figgy pudding. This is our holiday card for all of the wonderful members of our Facebook group. Thank you for making this group such a joy to take part in! We also ask you to share your holiday cooking with us all! As we spend the next week with friends, family, or even by ourselves, well all be doing a lot of cooking in our cast iron pots and pans. Please share your cooking with us all! Its as good a present as anyone can give to the many members of our Cast Iron Cooking group.
