There are no guarantees - the next second of experience is not guaranteed. We zoom through experience waiting for that goal - that next achievement. This present experience is literally all we have. Treasure it - savor it. But dont attach to it - dont hold on to it. Its just a pattern, like the wave of the ocean. It will go as it came. Enjoy each second - each minute - each experience as it comes. No further experience is guaranteed. Have no attachment or expectation on experience - have no condition on that experience. It comes as it comes. Its just another wave of the ocean. When you close your eyes and sleep - there is no guarantee that experience will ever return. Enjoy that window of experience, no matter what it is. This mechanism called Consciousness is very transient and fragile. It is not guaranteed to return. But if it does not return, nothing is lost. You exist - like the ocean that remains no matter the coming and going of the waves. What IS doesnt come and go.
