There are no marathon police; you cant get arrested for going too slow. Lots of runners would like to enter a marathon, but theyre afraid theyll be embarrassed. They might not finish, the other runners might make fun of them, or they might finish in last place. Well, sure, somebodys going to finish last, but it probably wont be you. These days, marathons are filled with plenty of slow runners who are simply trying to improve their lives just as I have and you can. ~ Tawni Gomes
