There are obviously many Roads to Rome and many ways to achieve your fitness goals. I will be writing about my different experiences coming soon, but in the meantime, some basic advice for your pre and post workout. Your biggest carbohydrate intake (whether fruit, yams, grains, or whatever your protocol is) should be post workout, followed by pre workout. The rest of the day should include some form of carbohydrates as well. Keep fat lower post workout as to not slow down the protein/carb absorption. You need your fat, trust me, but keep them to the meals away from your "Workout Window." I hope this helps!! Coach C
