There are only two types of law : 1. laws that punish deliberate injury (derived from authority to secure rights) and 2. laws that are to be obeyed (derived from consent of the governed). There are only taxes on privileges. No protected rights can be subject to taxation, lest rights be diminished by the levy. In America, absent consent of the governed, government is only authorized to secure rights, as in adjudicate disputes, prosecute deliberate injury, and help defend against predators, foreign and domestic. In any delegation of power beyond securing rights, one should remember that government is your servant until you consent otherwise. However, due to the “State of Emergency, ” constitutional obedience is not guaranteed. Furthermore, consenting via participation in FICA and / or citizenship can void the presumption of endowed rights. In fact, participation in FICA reduces one to a status criminal. Confirm that you have not inadvertently impaired status if/when you claimed to be a resident, a citizen, a participant in any government program, reside at a residence, or domiciled in the exclusive jurisdiction of the United States (Federal government).
