There are over 1,000 Summer Meals program sites in all five boroughs, as well as three Department of Education Summer Meals Food Trucks, open every weekday from Thursday, June 27 through Friday, August 30. (Please note, the three Summer Meals Food Trucks will run through Friday, September 6). The program does not require any paperwork or ID – as long as your kids are 18 years of age or younger they simply show up and receive a healthy meal. Summer Meals are available at many public schools, but also in community centers, parks, and pools. To find a Summer Meals site near you, call 311 or text "NYCMeals" to 877-877.
