There are people who give to you every day. Are you giving back? Maybe its something small like an always upbeat smile and the matching greeting. Maybe itheyre taking care of something for you, thereby taking care of you. Our yard guys charge $30. We pay $40. I think theyre undervaluing what they do but they make my life better, they make my yard look great and neat and tidy which makes me happy and they do all that in the heat every Wednesday. So we disagree in a positive way. :-) They take care of us, we take care of them. Walking through a Randalls this morning getting water for the road I listened in on a customer and store employee chatting about the employees kid going off to college and I thought how cool that was. Not the actual conversation but that they each had stopped and noticed another person and talked often enough to know about non-shopping parts of each others lives. You can have an impact - positive or negative - on those around you. Get out of your own head, slow your life down and be a positive in a life. Thank you, Stefanie White Portugal, for sharing this!
