There are quite a few recall efforts going on in Colorado right now. I think we may find it effective to take the approach that if you, as a government official, no matter what level or capacity, take unconstitutional actions of any kind, all the way from allowing a deputy to deprive us property, or security in our person, papers and effects, to voting for an unconstitutional law in the legislature; we will notice and we will be coming for you to inflict irreparable damage to your reputation and your career using every lawful means available to "We the People". I believe Mel Gillespie, Linda Bestland, Mary Zennett, Roger Kent Pool, Kem Bailey, Michael W. Flaherty, and Kelly Woodruff concur in this approach. In a republic, when it comes to rights, it matters not who is in the majority. In fact, when it comes to rights, everyone wants those FOR THEMSELVES no matter what side of the isle they are on. One time I spent two solid weeks in the law library looking up everything I could find on a common law writ called quo warranto (by what authority). I have recently given more thought to that writ as I have learned more about individual sovereignty. In the US of A what that writ does is put the power to oust a government official for exercising "unjust" powers into the hands of single sovereign.
