There are several workouts on this video, I started with a preacher curl and super set to a hammer curl. Moved to a standing front curl with isolation to the biceps by popping my chest out and pulling my elbows back bringing the bar as close to my chest and torso as possible super set with a cross body hammer curl. Killed my biceps for sure. I started working my triceps with a rope pull down super set with an overhead triceps extension. Moved to a one handed reverse triceps pull down super set with a cable pull isolating triceps upward. I finished with body dips. I carried myself wide leaned in and crossed my legs so I was dipping at an angle with my legs behind me.
