There are so many benefits to meditation. Relaxation, concentration and the ability to see things more clearly. I like to do it at least twice a day, even it is for 15 minutes. My yoga teacher has introduced me to Simon Lewis and his album Yoga Mystic. I couldnt find it on youtube, but found some of his other work. Hope you like it - it goes for 4 hours!
