There are so many different types of Tetras that inhabit the waterways of South America. Two interesting species that come to mind for those that like Smaller Aquariums is the Red Phantom Tetra Hyphessobrycon sweglesi en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_Phantom_Tetra that live in the Orinoco River drainage basin in South America and the Black Phantom Tetra en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Phantom_Tetra which is native to the Paraguay, Guaporé, and Mamore river basins in Brazil and Bolivia.
