There are so many incredible things happening in Virginia to help understand, promote, and restore sturgeon populations! Researchers from Virginia Commonwealth University have been working hard learning more about the biology of these fish and they bring that knowledge to the local classrooms. They even take the students out into the field to do real sturgeon research! Also, Virginia educators and teachers, stay tuned for a SCUTES curriculum workshop in late September!
