There are so many songs on Sesame Street which speak to me on an emotional level and this is one of them. Imagine, one of the biggest criticisms of the street which came from educational consultants in the beginning was that the songs were too sophisticated for the target audience. 45 years later people are still singing Being Green, Rubber Duckie and Sing etc and those songs were covered by established pop artists of the day. Imagine if they had listened and watered down their music. I can go on and on but this song really embodies my life as a pioneer. Ironically I liken myself to Kermit the Frog (if youve ever watched an episode of the Muppet Show you would know why) and THIS song is one of my favorites. #SingItKermit https://youtube/watch?v=CAv75mTimRc
