There are some marketing lessons in this lot btw.... Today has been a good day...highlights 1. chatting with Dan, a same wavelength, gets-me thing thats rare 2. hairdresser offering to & going to wholesalers to get me at home top up colours (cheap) even though that takes away £££ from her (in theory)....however there is a lesson in building customer loyalty in that !!! 3. more unexpected enquiries with no advertising etc...always nice 4. msgs about loving my work & how helpful I am from non-members...we all need some recognition ;) 5. filling in detail on presentation & knowing its good stuff...sounds big headed but gut feeling n all that 6. my new car being in UK...and constant customer care calls from dealer...ok Ive spent a lot of money, but the service has been amazing...ie they phone me with info rather than me chase it! 7. Not feeling stressed or too tired
