There are some people who will hold you emotionally hostage; attempting to manipulate you by playing on your good qualities such as nurturing. These emotional rapists will try and guilt you into falling into their unhealthy vortex of misery and they are relentless in their pursuit of your emotional unrest. Easiest way to spot an emotional rapist is to distance yourself for the sake of your health and watch them work. Dont fall for it. Really.
