There are some powerful practices that you can use in order to achieve your goals and one of them is through VISUALISATION. I love visualisation and for those you aren’t quite clear in how to visualise correctly, you can begin by becoming totally relaxed, so that your mind is peaceful. Concentrate on what it is that you want and imagine it already happening. Through the mental images of your imagination, you are visualising. The picture in your mind’s eye needs to be as bright and sharp as possible. Bring colour, clarity, smell, sound, taste, feelings, and sight into it. It needs to be as vivid and complete as possible. Picture all the details of what it is you are imagining, and believe in it as if it is already happening. The end result is the key focus and not the task or challenges in order to get there.
