There are some really serious World events on my mind, but I just think Ill shut down tonight with this. Im exhausted from going to WM. It wasnt horribly crowded late afternoon, but it just takes so long to find everything, and I was picking up some extra with two littles coming next week. Of course, items were moved out of their last time I went places, and something was wrong with the air conditioning...it was stuffy and too warm. And it was STINKY! I finally sniffed my own armpits to see if it was ME! NO! Thank goodness, but I promise you, the entire store was smelling like BO!I Guess others noticed too, because in the laundry area, someone had obviously sprayed some GLADE or other spray, and it was the only place I could stand to be!. Finally, heading to check out, almost at a trot, and gagging from the BO smell, I wheeled over to pick up a rotissarie chicken, but they were SOLD OUT! Rushed down frozen foods and grabbed some entrees, and, I swear, by the time I checked out, my head was pounding, I was dehydrated, and my stomach was clinching! In spite of it, I put on a smile and chatted up the checker,who seemed to be having a bad day, and then practically ran my over-stuffed cart to the car, started car and AC FULL BLAST, tossed everything in the back, and got home without a major incident! Oh, friends! I was wrung out! I always say, not going back, not going back, not going back! But I will, cause for some things, its all weve got...sigh! #lifeinsmalltown
