There are some things that for a long time really hurt me. Its a strange feeling when they no longer do especially when you think they still should. God gives you this very strange kind of needful grace to enable you to let go of well, everything and everyone, when He knows you will suffer if He doesnt step in and cut the cords. He has...and while there is a sting in it, His love comforts and speaks softly to you that He has something else that wont disappoint nor be a lessor blessing. I have hope for other connections and life that will take up where other hopes have all but vanished. I thank God for my wife. Shes irreplaceable, invaluable, priceless and one-of-a-kind, She is matchless in every way. Deb and I have an unusual love and we look forward to what lies ahead for the two of us. And while we may not have the benefit of enormous family ties, still, we havent been robbed... We will find our place, we always do...our lives will make sense to those who need our life-kind of logic, our voice will be a good sound to those that understand our kind of words, melodies, harmonies and love music...and in the end we will have left our mark for the good if only on a few - with no regrets... ~ralphbrier
