There are spaces available in todays free technology sessions of Introduction to Computers (12pm - 1:30pm or 2pm to 3:30pm). Today we will be covering the three most common internet browsers (Explorer, Firefox, and Google Chrome) and provide a general survey of the most popular websites (Google, Facebook, Twitter, Wikipedia, YouTube, Skype, etc.) Participants will also learn about connecting to the internet via wireless and LAN connections. The second half of class will feature a scavenger hunt where participants are asked to use a browser to track down information and then share what they find with the class.
