There are special campaign guidelines for public employees during a campaign. The overriding principle is that public employees may not use their work time to support or oppose measures or candidates the way that Aesha Duval has illustrated in the following picture at 8:08 AM and again at 10:05 AM taken from comments she posted on my page during business and government work hours and taxpayer time and taxpayer money. Imagine this is what she is doing in Federal government time while we are suffering here on St. Croix. I have included guidelines for Delegate Donna Christensens staff who should be leading by example but they do not. If this continues I will have no choice but to report this matter to Federal and Campaign Law authorities since Aesha Duval is the delegates Public Relations Specialist and posting these comments at 8:08 AM and at 10:08 AM, during business hours while using Federal government computers and resources.
