Before you start looking for the most torturous & time consuming regimen that youre sure will get you results I have to tell you that exercise doesnt actually burn that many calories, performing any activity regularly and consistently is the key. There are positive results for Yoga, weight training, running, cycling, Crossfit...etc So pick something, anything that you enjoy!
