There are still honest people in the world, and one of them works at #Macys!!! I bought a gift card there today for $50, paid with a $100 bill. Didnt think about it at the time, but the girl didnt give me my change, and I left and went on shopping. SEVERAL hours later, I went to pay for something at Target and realized I was out of money! And it hit me that I was missing my $50 change. I got that sinking feeling.....ugh, hot and sick to my stomach.....knowing I had just lost $50. I went all the way back to Macys for the chance that the girl might remember me, and I could ask that they count down her drawer, etc to see if by chance my money was there. The girl saw me coming through the store, remembered me and called me over to tell me that she had my money set aside! She thought I had given her a $50 bill to pay, but realized it was a $100 the next time she had opened her drawer. Thank God for small miracles :) (even thought it was a big miracle to me!)
