There are three most important questions to answer. They are: 1. What are you joining? A: You are joining a collective of people who believe with unity nothing is impossible 2. Then what must I do once I join? A:You ask everyone to join you through joining sobahlangula a unifying organisation 3. How can I sell the importance of unity (Pamoja)? PAMOJA is an aspiration of nonpartisans, informed by an alarming entrenched post-colonial and post-liberation African countries to always shift into a mode of corruption, civil wars and genocides. It is public knowledge that this is externally stimulated yet not much is spoken about how to avoid/reduce/eradicate it. South Africa is staggering on the orange-zone knocking to the RED ZONE with as far as these modes are concern. These modes are normally ushered by series of divisions-inducers ranging from; individualism to political ideologies. Ours is to buffer, reduce and radiate these efforts these divisions-inducers, and through people consultations resolved on launching a PAMOJA (derived an African Language called Swahili meaning Together) campaign. PAMOJA campaign priorities include; _ consolidating unity among women in particular to address the eminent genocide of children, girls and women. _ engraving the contributions of Women in our households, community and history and to challenge manner in which women history is preserved. _ bringing to surface institutions that are propagating patriarchy- and confront them head on. _ activating the realisation of power of the general public through unity _ cultivating awareness that accountability of elected political parties cannot be limited to parliament- and people must be united to facilitate a process of accountability to filter down to community levels. _ reclaiming parliament as the space of the people, and mobilise against a culture of political parties using parliament as their contestation platform. _ breaking the silence of those who elect political parties to parliament, regarding how they expect parliament. _ strengthening peoples inclusivity, collectivism, accountability and peoples war against corruption.
