There are times in life as a parent that you can catch a glimpse of the perfection that is family. Although my daughters have the usual fights and demands of every child, today, as I quietly watched from my car, they were on the school playground, spinning around a pole. Smiles wide across their faces… joy beaming from their hearts… wrapping their arms around each other… gently pushing in affection. It is in moments like those that my heart is complete. In times of doubt as a parent, wondering if all the time and thought we have put into the upbringing of a child has done any good; it is those moments that mean everything. So often we are caught up in the here and now that we stop and forget what really matters. Take the time to watch what you have created; your master work with whom God has graced you. Look upon your children with delight and admiration for those times are short and then all too soon, gone. God bless you, parents. Thank you for all that you do to bring up those amazing children.
