There are times when we feel that no one sees us. We feel unimportant. We feel alone. We feel no one cares about us. We feel that there is no reason to live. We feel worthless. Many people feel this way. Some people hold important jobs. They still feel no one cares about them. Some people are very popular and are famous. They still feel alone. Some people are rich. They can still feel like killing themselves. You can try to feel good about yourself when you work hard. You can earn much money. You can do things to give you pleasure. These things will bring happiness for a short time. These things will not make your heart feel good. What can you do to feel valued? What can you do to feel someone cares for you? What can you do to not feel alone? Why should you live? I know the One who has the answers to these questions. His name is Jesus Christ. You will find true value when you ask Jesus to be your friend. God loves you. God wants you to be His friend. He will care for you. He will bless you. You can only be God’s friend if you never sin. You sin if you disobey God. The Bible says that all people sinned. The penalty for sin is death. God does not want you to die. He sent His Son to die for you. His Son is named Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ loves you. He loves you so much that He died instead of you. He rose again. Jesus is God. If you ask Jesus to forgive you for sinning then He will forgive you. If you ask him to control your heart and mind then He will be your friend. He will love you. He will bless you. He will walk in life with you. You will feel loved. You will be important. You will know Jesus cares for you. You will want to honor Jesus. This is your new reason to live. Pray with me if you want to move from feeling worthless to feeling valued. "Dear Jesus, please forgive me for not doing what you want me to do. Help me to obey you. I give my life to you. Please help me to feel loved. Please help me to feel valued. Thank you.
