There are two basic types of fitness: fitness of mind and body fitness. Fitness of mind is to live in the present moment, which brings exceptional health as minimizing the emotional intoxication in freeing us from identification with our thoughts, that leads us to inner peace and reduces stress significantly. Healthy body means taking care of the temple of consciousness with good nutrition - a diet rich in nutrients - herbal and exercise provide joy. To maximize the properties of the exercise, it is essential that assists the body in mind, which means getting rid of headphones and stop watching TV at the gym.
