There are two types of fitness mentalities. People who workout as a means to burn calories and limit calories as opposed to improving calories. OR People who TRAIN, do it to specifically increase performance, lean muscle, increase metabolism, lower body fat percentage, improve nutrition, feel better, look better, move better, eat to perform, reach for goals, limit junk instead of calories, constantly get better and thats just to name a few. So, ask yourself, do you count calorie intake and calorie expenditure or do you TRAIN?
