There can be but little doubt that they will cover evidence; however, that very action will be proof of their culpability. Although Russia and its terrorists MAY not have had specific intent to bring down the plane, they are nevertheless criminally responsible as a result of their DEPRAVITY: a reckless, malevolent disregard for human life and limb. That is enough to convict for murder. Also, this is an easy civil wrongful death action: You provide a weapon of mass destruction and provide no training or controls that normally accompany the arms: they all have controls and methods to avoid hitting civilian targets.
