There has been a lot of chaos over the voters list. The names of some #voters were not there at the allotted polling booths, While, there was someone else’s photo before someones name. The election commission has apologized for this. But, refraining the voters from their fundamental right of #voting is not acceptable. We demand that, action be taken against those who are responsible for this. Probe must be carried out against the company from #Gujarat which was given the contract of voters list. We will fight a legal battle with the ones who are behind all this. JITENDRA AWHAD, NCP Working President. राज्यभर मतदारयाद्यांत प्रंचड गोंधळ उडाला होता. अनेकांची नावं यादीतून गहाळ झाली होती. काही मतदारांच केंद्रच बदललं गेलं, काहींच्या नावापुढे दुसऱ्याचा फोटो लावला होता. या सगळ्या चुकांबद्दल निवडणूक आयोगानं आता माफी मागितली आहे. पण मतदारांना मतदानापासून वंचित ठेवणं ही अक्षम्य चूक आहे. नुसती माफी मागून चालणार नाही, आयोगाला याची जबाबदारी घ्यावी लागेल.संबंधितांवर कारवाई करावी, अशी आमची मागणी आहे. गुजरातमधील ज्या कंपनीला या कामाचं कंत्राट दिलं होतं, त्या कंपनीच्या कारभाराबाबतही चौकशी व्हायला हवी. नागरिकांच्या मुलभूत अधिकारांवर गदा आणणाऱ्यांविरोधात कायदेशीर लढाई लढू. – जितेंद्र आव्हाड, कार्याध्यक्ष, राष्ट्रवादी काँग्रेस पार्टी.
