There has been a lot of chatter by the PNP on how this administration is able to pass IMF tests. Lets take a look at the history of the loans with the IMF shall we. This last round that was signed onto was this administrations answer to debt consolidation and deferral of IMF loan payments that will start again in 2017. Until the loan payments start becoming due there are very specific guidelines that this administration must adhere to. Rules that must be followed in order to get the draw downs. There is very little wiggle room, and the current administration MUST adhere to what has been dictated by the IMF. Passing the tests is no big deal, and for the life of me dont understand why you PNP are making such a big deal about the largest debt Jamaica has ever seen with no way to pay it back.
