There has been a lot of speculation and thoughts created regarding why the drag show is in danger of being cancelled. When I originally created this event, my intent was to only gain support for the show because its ability to continue biannually is in question for a variety of reasons and not just one. As many of you may know, there was not a Spring show this semester. There was not a Spring show because the drag show and Cap and Dagger are working with the faculty to resolve issues from previous shows in the past couple years. If you enjoyed the drag show for its creativity, its performance outlet, the fundraising it did, or just because it was a hella-good time, that is the support I am looking for. Why did you come to your first drag show? What made you want to dance in it? What did you like about it? What did you think could change about it? From these responses, we would work to see that the drag show would continue.
