There has been a wave of darker negativity sweep through the planet over the past week. Have you been affected by it? Those of us who work in the positive have had a lot thrown at us by some darker forces, often masquerading as the light. The up-shift in solar waves is now helping to clear this lower toxicity. Many will feel like they are de-toxing over the next few days. You can help yourself by staying strong to your path and step away from harmful people and situations. Love to you all, we are doing well. Stay True (When I say dark I refer to those trapped in their ego (personality) and disconnected from soul (heart). It is painful to witness and to experience. They can even pull in lower entities around them not even incarnated on Earth. You will recognize them as they will be on the attack, putting life and others down. You help these people when you withdraw from their drama and give them no further oxygen, so they can eventually only hear themselves. Thats when it will hit them back and they can feel their own pain and begin to heal.
