There has been information that they are going to demand development charges around December without announcing an official and a proper location map with boundaries. These development charges will be minimum Rs 50,000 per marla. But they do have exact location yet, therefore they can not do any proper development, also infrastructure of expected area is too bad (i,e; flood zone) that it will take more than 10 years to see any kind of development around. It is for sure that our housing scheme will remains based on just files for minimum of 5-6 years without any physical existence . Now after they will collect Rs: 50,000 per marla our additional money will also go to these Rtg army officers for next 5-6 years. Note: After 5-6 years it will not be sure that housing society will be completed.
